  • A handcrafted document and a 30-minute executive walkthrough. The document covers 26 dimensions across your revenue system: product, brand, and marketing read as one integrated whole. You get your company archetype, a structured gap analysis based on what the market actually sees (not what your team believes), and a STOP / WAIT / PIVOT / GO spend verdict. The output isn't advice. It's a map with priorities, sized for action on both strategic (12 months) and tactical (3 months) scale.

  • Founder-led companies doing €2–30M in revenue that feel the growth has stalled, become unpredictable, or costs more than it should. You've probably already tried a few things — new hires, repositioning, an agency. The Diagnosis is for the moment when you suspect the problem isn't the tactic, it's the system underneath. Industry doesn't matter. The revenue system does.

  • Because it's a diagnostic, not a consulting engagement. We augment our consultant's work with AI-led deep research across public and proprietary data sources to deliver in 3 days what would otherwise take 3 weeks. The price removes the barrier so you can make a decision based on evidence, not a sales pitch. If you continue into the Build, the €500 is fully credited. If you don't, you still walk away with a diagnostic that no agency or consultant would hand you at this price.

  • Good. The Diagnosis doesn't replace your strategy — it pressure-tests it. Most companies we work with have a strategy. The problem is rarely the plan itself. It's the gaps between what the plan says and what the market actually sees. The Diagnosis measures gaps across 26 dimensions. If your strategy holds up, we'll tell you. If it doesn't, you'll know exactly where it breaks.

  • An audit tells you what exists. The Diagnosis tells you what's working, what's not, and why. We don't inventory your systems or check compliance boxes. We triangulate three inputs — founder self-report, market signals, and quantitative data — to find the structural gaps in your revenue system. The output is a prioritized intervention map, not a findings report. You leave knowing what to fix first and how.

  • Three options. You take the document and execute with your own team — no strings attached. You move into a Build (Step 02), where we fix or upgrade the parts of your revenue system the Diagnosis flagged — typically 1–2 months, scoped and priced from the diagnostic output. Or you move into the full Operation (Step 03), where we run and improve your revenue system on an ongoing basis. The Diagnosis sets the scope for everything that follows. Nothing is sold blind.
