Terms of Service

1. Provider and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the 4dgroup.hu website and its Mini-Diagnosis service (together, the "Service"), operated by 4D Growth Advisory. By using the Service you accept these Terms.

2. What the Service is

The Mini-Diagnosis is an automated diagnostic tool based on publicly available company data. From the URLs you submit, the system gathers public signals (website, LinkedIn, reviews, paid-media activity, etc.) and evaluates them with a language model. The output is informational decision support.

3. Pricing

The Mini-Diagnosis is free of charge. 4D offers other paid services under separate agreement; those are governed by their own contracts.

4. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, or other technical issues may cause interruptions.

5. Limitation of liability

Mini-Diagnosis output is automated assessment, not business, legal, financial, or professional advice. 4D is not liable for decisions made based on the output, nor for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of results. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

6. User conduct

• You may not query the Service in an automated, large-scale fashion or generate load beyond normal use.
• You may not submit URLs you are not authorised to submit, or that infringe third-party rights.
• You may not bypass any protective mechanism (rate limit, bot filter, etc.) of the Service.
• On abuse, 4D reserves the right to restrict access and pursue further legal action.

7. Intellectual property

All content on 4dgroup.hu — text, graphics, code, brand assets — is the intellectual property of 4D or its contractual partners and is protected by applicable law. The Mini-Diagnosis result produced for you may be freely used for personal and internal business purposes.

8. Data processing

Personal data processed in connection with the Service is described in detail in our Privacy Policy (4dgroup.hu/en/privacy).

9. Changes to these Terms

4D may unilaterally amend these Terms. Changes take effect on publication at 4dgroup.hu/en/terms. For material changes we display the date at the top of the page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes arising from use of the Service fall under the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
